2. Terms & conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the software, platforms and services provided by sunnysides (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Services are offered to businesses only (B2B).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Subscription and payment

Features and pricing depend on the bespoke solution we design and deploy for you. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment terms, payment processor and refund conditions are specific to each product and are detailed in the terms & conditions of the relevant SaaS.

Use of the Services

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Services. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or use the Services for unlawful purposes or to build competing products. You retain ownership of the data you upload and grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the Services.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance may temporarily affect the Services. Support is provided by email and may vary by plan.

Termination

You may end your subscription at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or end access in case of breach of these Terms. Your data is then deleted according to our retention policy.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, sunnysides is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, revenue or data. You agree to indemnify sunnysides against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration, failing which the competent courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.

3. Privacy policy

sunnysides SARL is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our Services, in accordance with the GDPR and French data protection law.

Data we collect

Account information (name, email, company name, encrypted password) and the messages you send us. This website sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies of its own; only the strictly necessary technical cookies required by our hosting platform (Lovable) may be used.

Why we use it

To provide and support the Services, improve them, communicate with you, enforce our agreements and meet legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your data. It may only be shared with the payment processor of the relevant product (as detailed in its own terms & conditions), in case of a business transfer, or when required by law.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as your account is active, then for the periods required by law. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights
